Research
Here, you will find details about the instrumentation and science directions across Ultrafast Electron Diffraction (UED) and its extension to the energy domain through Time- and Energy-Resolved Electron Scattering (TERES).
High-repetition-rate UED beamline
We employ a 40-100 kHz UED system driven by a high-average-power, high-repetition-rate UED setup.
TERES: THz Electron Streaking
We utilize THz radiation to manipulate the electron trajectories of our UED beam line for single-shot timing and field-resolved measurements using phase-stable THz waveforms.
Ultrafast photochemistry in molecules, liquids and nanosolids
We have a keen interest to time-resolve the photoinduced structural dynamics in molecules, liquidss, and nanosystems.
